Rome, Italy: An interview to our friends and brilliant filmmakers
Gustav Hofer and Luca Ragazzi in front of the Pantheon. This square was one of the
98 “piazze” all over Italy crowed with people screaming “Wake up! Wake up Italy!”
and asking that the bill on the reform of the rights for common law marriage and
same sex marriage become effective, after eight years of fighting for it.
In 2008, Luca and Gustav presented this issue in their very first “docu-film” Suddenly Last
Winter (Improvvisamente l’inverno scorso). Other works, internationally awarded in
film festivals, followed: Italy Love it, or Leave it (2011), and What Is Left? (2013).
It's always interesting to see the push for change in Italy. We hope you watch this video and let us know what you think. Or if you have any questions maybe we can hlep.
